Google Places Categories - Video Gives Clear Tutorial on How to Select Google Places Categories

Google Places has only one piece of advice for you on selecting a category.  The first one of the five allowed should be one of the options that Google Places offers in the pull down menu that appears when you put in a key word.  How do you decide which one to use?  What about the other four categories?
